Dr. Justice B.S. Chauhan

Dr. Justice B.S. Chauhan enrolled as an Advocate in April, 1974. Practiced in Supreme Court and Delhi High Court in Civil, Criminal, Commercial Taxes and Services Matters. Worked as Counsel for the Government of Uttar Pradesh and NOIDA in Supreme Court. Elevated as permanent Judge of the Allahabad High Court on April 05, 1995. Transferred to Rajasthan High Court in July, 1997. Again transferred to Allahabad High Court in March, 2003. Appointed as Chief Justice of Orissa High Court in July, 2008. Elevated as Judge, Supreme Court of India on 11.5.2009. Retired on 01.07.2014 (F.N.)
