Information We Collect When the IAAC mobile app (iOS and Android) is used
Account information
We require you to enter your email address registered with IAAC and login password to enable access to the mobile application. It is possible to login to the application using the fingerprint or facial recognition inbuilt into your phone. None of this biometric data is transferred to our servers or stored in any way in our application. We also provide the option to upload a profile picture which is saved securely to cloud servers, and which can be removed at any time.
Usage Information
We collect information about your use of the IAAC mobile app, including
- The time you logged into the app
- The time you started work
- The time you finished work and logged out of the app.
- The clients, tasks or projects worked on
GPS Data and Geolocation Data information
- IAAC uses the GPS device on your phone to store its location and display this on a map on your mobile device for certain user types such as Team Leaders and Administrators.
- On Android, when you access our Services from a mobile device through the mobile application, you may be asked to share your precise (GPS level) geo-location information and background location information. Such geolocation information may include physical locations visited (latitude & longitude) which is used to determine if the device is within a geofence or not. If the user is within the geofence, they are logged into the app, their work time is started and once they exit the geofence, their work time is stopped, and they are logged out of the app till they enter a geofence again. Such GPS and geolocation information is not transferred to any third-party services.

To enable the provision of Services on the mobile app platform, we collect the following information about the mobile device

Automatically collected data for Analytics
We use data analytics to track and resolve app crashes. To enable this, we collect Device name and mobile version. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any Personal Data that you submit within the mobile application.
